Tesla's sporty two-seater coupe unveiled in 2008 is the first highway-capable all-electric vehicle in production for sale in the U.S. The battery today handles 244 miles-per-charge and holds speeds 0-60 mph in 3.7 - 3.9 sec, depending on the model. Incredible!!
