         Our people create the road to cheep price in the energy whit our own research and solutions tests in green energy research. We got started our project in Dobrogea zone whit several aspects:
1. The fact that this area still have a deficit in terms of gas supply from the rest of the contry;
2. Our Country have the possibility to replace the natural gas and old electricity production whit the lowest cost of green solutions.
3. Proximity to the sea port ,what is one big avantaje for our economy.

The business consists primarily in the production and marketing of green energy autonomous. First we thought that we can not plant a SAEVM A to Z, so it would be better to buy parts. We already supply the parts needed for assembly of a SAEVM in China. We calculated a total parts required, cost 9000 euro / unit.
In connection with human resources, we thought that it would require an administrator, a lawyer, accountant, two senior engineers and certificate issued by ANRE and five foremen. Engineers and foremen that does not have a team will be employed by the County Agency for Employment Constanta. All employees will have individual employment contract and working conditions in accordance with the law. Number and structure of employees as we have described it is minimal and compulsory administrator is required by the Companies Law no. 31/1990, engineers must have various certificates and so require a certain age because current standards. Our problem is that we need to start working premises, equipment and initial operating permits.
The authorizations in this area are very expensive, reaching somewhere 170000-180000 euro (issued by the National Energy Regulatory Authority). Besides the permits we need and
area of operation, which may consist of a pre-existing hall which to take in lease or to rent and eventually a compartment or at least 0.5 ha land, on which to build a production hall with office 3-4 (if we have to buy land and build from scratch office work, estimate an amount of 200,000 euros)
