New Potential Wind Project on Boston

Boston-based First Wind has bought the rights to construct a wind farm in Armstrong and Carson counties.
Westerly Wind and Big Sky Wind Energy of Amarillo developed the Route 66 Wind Power project.
Steve Schaeuer with Westerly Wind says they sold roughly 20,000 acres to First Wind on September 10.
The project could potentially be up to 200 MW.
Schaeuer says they aren't sure when they will begin the project.
