Guwahati, July 02 (ANI): With soaring price of petrol in the market, Indian consumers have been looking for alternative vehicles and battery operated vehicle seems to be a good alternative. Kanak Gogoi an automobile enthusiast in Assam has modified his petrol car into a battery-operated vehicle which not only reduces the usage of fuel but is also environment friendly and easy to use. Referred to as the new “Electric Green Car” by its innovator, the innovation provides hope to those who want to convert their old car run on petrol into a new electric Car. Amarendra Das, a professor of design at IIT said that innovators should not forget their innovations after receiving award or some recognition. They should strive hard to make it a reality on roads so that it can benefit the common man.
