Leaders and energy ministers from 23 countries have been meeting in India to discuss ways to boost the use of clean energy.They are looking at ways to get the private sector to help fund and grow clean energy initiatives, such as reducing the cost of solar power and encouraging the use of more electric cars.
But just how realistic are these goals for emerging Asian nations?
