Every year, the Trinidad and Tobago Energy Conference’s Green Energy Day brings together project developers, policy makers, academia and project financiers interested in promoting regional green economy development. This year is no different and features a strong cadre of speakers including Jane Allen, Global Leader - Renewable Energy, Deloitte, Dr Kenrick Leslie, Executive Director, Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre, Andre Escalante, Managing Director, Energy Dynamics Limited, Johan Sydow, Director, SITEK and Kishan Kumarsingh, Head, MEAU, Ministry of Energy and Water Resources.
The objective the Green Energy Day is to provide participants with greater insight into tangible business opportunities in renewable energy and energy efficiency in Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean, as well as the roles private sector organizations and project developers have in diversification within the energy sector.
